Permanent Aesthetics

What to Expect from Permanent Aesthetics

Imagine waking up with your favourite features subtly enhanced, without needing to reach for your makeup bag.

At Paramedic.Ink, our approach is all about enhancing rather than overpowering. Whether you'd like to define your eyes, create fuller-looking brows, add a natural flush of colour to your lips, or achieve a subtle beauty spot, each treatment is tailored to your features and personal style.

Permanent Aesthetics can also help correct or improve the appearance of previous permanent makeup that hasn't healed as expected or no longer suits your preferences. The goal is to achieve a balanced, natural-looking result that complements your face and allows you to fly under the radar with effortlessly enhanced features.

The Consultation

Every appointment begins with a brief consultation. We'll discuss your goals, personal style, and any previous cosmetic tattooing.

Together, we'll explore the most suitable options for your features, taking into consideration your usual make-up, choice in colour, facial symmetry, and desired outcome.

Whether you're looking for barely-there enhancement or a more defined makeup effect, we'll agree on the design, shape, and colour before proceeding. If you're seeking correction of previous permanent makeup, the existing pigment must first be assessed to determine what can realistically be achieved. Some cases may require lightening or removal before a new treatment can be considered.

The Treatments

Permanent Aesthetics encompasses a range of cosmetic tattooing treatments designed to enhance your natural features.

Lash Line Enhancement

Lash line enhancement involves placing pigment along the lash line to create the illusion of thicker, fuller lashes. The result is subtle definition that makes the eyes stand out without the appearance of obvious eyeliner.

Permanent Eyeliner & Winged Liner

For those who prefer a more defined look, permanent eyeliner can recreate the appearance of makeup without the daily application. From classic eyeliner to a more pronounced wing, the design is tailored to your eye shape and preferred style.

Permanent Brows

Permanent brow treatments help define and enhance the shape of your eyebrows, creating a more balanced and polished appearance. The technique and pigment choice are tailored to your natural brows and desired level of definition.

Lip Blush

Lip blush adds a soft wash of colour to the lips, enhancing their natural tone and definition. It can help improve the appearance of uneven pigmentation, create a more defined lip border, and give the lips a healthy-looking flush of colour.

Depending on your desired result, overlining may also be considered to create the appearance of fuller lips.

Beauty Spots

A carefully placed beauty spot can add a subtle, distinctive detail to your appearance. The placement, size, and colour are selected to complement your natural features and create a believable finish.

Permanent Makeup Correction

If you have previous permanent makeup that has faded unevenly, changed colour, or no longer suits your style, corrective tattooing may be an option. Every case is different, and some existing pigment may need to be lightened or removed before a new design can be safely applied.

Does It Hurt?

Your comfort is a priority throughout the procedure. Sensitivity varies depending on the treatment area, your individual pain threshold, and the technique being used.

Topical numbing products will be used to help minimise discomfort. Areas such as the lips and eyelids can be more sensitive, so every effort is made to make the experience as comfortable as possible.

Immediately After Treatment

Immediately after your appointment, the treated area may appear darker, bolder, or more defined than the intended healed result. Mild redness, swelling, or sensitivity may also occur, particularly around the eyes and lips.

This is a normal part of the initial healing process. As the skin heals, the pigment softens and settles into a more natural-looking finish.

It is important to follow the recommended aftercare instructions and allow the skin to heal fully before assessing the final colour and definition.

Healing & Touch-Ups

Healing varies depending on the treatment area and your individual skin response. The initial recovery period is generally shorter, but the pigment can take several weeks to settle into its final appearance.

1x touch up appointment is generally recommended to refine the colour, improve pigment retention, or perfect small details.

For corrective work, additional sessions may be needed, particularly when working with older pigment or unevenly healed permanent makeup.

How Long Do the Results Last?

The longevity of cosmetic tattooing varies depending on the treatment area, pigment used, skin type, sun exposure, lifestyle, and individual healing.

At Paramedic.Ink, You have the choice of semi permanent or truly permanent ink.

More Than Makeup

Permanent Aesthetics is about simplifying your routine. It is about enhancing what you already have, restoring confidence after a disappointing previous treatment, and choosing the details that make you feel most comfortable in your own skin.

At Paramedic.Ink, every treatment is approached with care, precision, and an understanding that beauty is personal. Whether you prefer a barely-there enhancement or a more defined makeup look, the aim is always to create a result that feels natural, balanced, and uniquely yours.

Your features, just a little more defined. Your beauty, still entirely you.
